Nina + Frank Seely
Legends | Design
Our work begins with real estate and a vision for how a home can be lived in and loved.
As Co-Founders of Legends Real Estate and longtime design/build partners, Nina and Frank Seely bring complementary experience to help clients recognize a property’s potential and make it their own.
Nina combines luxury real estate expertise with an innate gift for design. The former owner of Neena’s Gifts & Interiors, she has a discerning eye for materials, proportion, and the details that make a home feel personal. Frank brings decades of construction and brokerage experience, connecting those possibilities with a practical understanding of how homes are designed and built for timeless living.
Today, their work with clients includes design, staging, and remodel projects, with current work in Tarrytown and Downtown Austin. Whether preparing a property for sale or shaping a home for its next chapter, their approach begins with the people they serve and how they want to live.
Because where you live shapes how you live.
