William Robertson is an Associate at Legends Real Estate, supporting the firm’s commercial brokerage platform, with a focus on tenant representation and investment sales across retail, office, and industrial assets throughout Texas. He is involved in site selection advisory, market and demographic analysis, and lease negotiations, helping clients execute informed, data-driven decisions.

Prior to joining Legends, William was an intern at Wildhorn Capital, where he supported multifamily asset management and acquisition efforts across the Central Texas region.

William earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and developed his interest of the industry through the real estate minor at Kenan-Flagler Business School. Since joining Legends full time in 2025, William has advised clients on over 10,000 square feet of retail and office leases, representing more than $2.0 million in transaction volume.
