Prior to joining Legends, William was an intern at Wildhorn Capital, where he supported multifamily asset management and acquisition efforts, contributing to underwriting, market research, and transaction execution across the Central Texas region. William earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and developed his interest in the industry through the real estate minor at Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Since joining Legends full-time in 2025, William has advised clients on 11,500 square feet of retail and office leases, representing more than $2.1 million in aggregate transaction volume.
