William Robertson is an Associate at Legends Real Estate, focused on tenant representation across retail, office, and industrial assets throughout Texas. His work spans site selection, market demographic analysis, and lease and purchase negotiations on behalf of occupier clients.

Prior to Legends, William interned at Wildhorn Capital, supporting multifamily acquisitions and asset management across Central Texas. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was an outside linebacker for the Tar Heels. He developed his interest in the industry through real estate coursework at the Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Since joining Legends full-time in 2025, William has closed more than 15,000 square feet of transactions representing over $4 million in volume.
